Hi Servane...I make mail art in a lot of sizes...but tend towards postcard sizes and ATCs when sharing by mail...probably just because it is easier to get into envelopes :)

My pleasure.
I've been thinking about sending you something for a few weeks now but I didn't have any ideas. I'm not very familiar with Corto Maltese. Maybe I'll just send you some non - theme enhanced mailart and worry about Corto and Jules later.

Many Sky Tribes have come to visit earth over the
past few thousand years…one such tribe was not so good; they came to take and not give.
Their world at the time of their arrival lay to the
west of the big dipper's tail.
Their world had lost the blanket that
shielded them from the burning sickness that comes
with the warmth of grandfather sun.

They came to look for gold which they would use to
hang as a tinsel over their planet but the holy ones of the red nations here on earth did not want to
welcome these beings as they were without
spirits or souls.

The girls of the tribes were warned not to go near
these gray skinned visitors…but some girls were
curious and soon babies were born of the mixing of
the two life forms.

The elders of the tribes were very angry as these
babies also came into the world as humans without
souls. They took the babies and threw them into the
lakes and rivers...where the spiritless babies drowned.

The elders soon found they had made a mistake ,
as some of the babies did have souls and to this day in certain camps near water these babies
can be heard crying in the stillness of the night.
Ancient legends tell us that we must never go near
the area where the crying infants are heard. People
who have done this have vanished or have been found floating in the water with all their clothes on
and nothing missing... and so first nations people
build offering sites near the waters edge and
leave milk offerings and toys for the ghost infants
who cry in the night. No one enters these areas
once the sun has gone to sleep in the heart of the
sacred circle.
Medwolf in the time when rainbow tribes here the red willows whisper sad stories in the night….
