Hi Rachel!!
Thank you very much for your words...!! I am glad you liked the stamps and felt inspired to work on stamps again...It is so much fun! Specially when you let creativity go free...I realised today that you have left me a message, sorry for not replying sooner. I discovered all sort of new messages also with yours. I am not receiving notifications of messages from IUOMA into my email box. I wonder why. Anyways I already left a message to Ruud.
I wish you lots of inspiration...happy mailart!
Take care
Patrizia

Hi Rachel!
I see you have added to the gallery some very interesting new work...the images have a strong texture feeling. Beautiful!
I am still working on stamps. I have a new series of originals, there is so much to experiment.
Take care Rachel and keep an eye on your mail box...something is coming your way. :-)
Best wishes
Patrizia

I received your beautiful bubbles for my call!!! Thank you so much!!
And specially for your thoughfulness...I love your work on the Lake Superior and the stamps/stickers you sent me are just amazing. Both versions look great. I posted also the envelope, too nice!! (I just put the stamps on top of the customs sticker that was covering them )

I love making stamps and also experimenting with the concept. Not having a perforating machine refrains me from making real stamps out of my experiments.
But in the meantime, I use templates with dots that give the idea and keep a record of my work. Sometimes I use pre-perforated paper. Now I managed to find one for triangular stamps. Actually you can make stamps of any size or shape, apart from the classic ones. Have you checked the Artistamps Creators Group in IUOMA?
So much creativity going on there.

Your mini collages stamps sound really interesting. Oh!!! Now I get it!!! I just realized that you sent me some stamps on the envelop with your work???!!…I thought they were official post stamps! I was puzzled by the mosaic look….good it came out in the conversation!! I’ll post them on the blog with the rest of your work!!! You should sign them they are beautiful!!!

Cheers

Hi Rachel!
Behind the beautiful look of your cards there is indeed a lot of work but worthed, the results are great. So nice of you, I’d love a reproduction. Thank you…Have you thought of making stamps out of some of your work?
I know what you mean, computers are a blessing simplifying lots of work but sometimes…sometimes… I would like to throw mine in the lake…:-)

Have a nice week

Go ahead Rachel, I am quite happy if you do. The fortune cookie is a digital manipulation of a picture of mine and I also use it as a stamp on envelopes/postcards.
Take care
Patrizia
