I'm sending you something for The World is a Town today. Hope it's appropriate. If not, at least it's another piece of art for you!

Re: Previous post. I don't think there are 2 Jen Staggs. Only count once.

Hi Cheryl, this is really exciting. So it's Bifidus, Jen Staggs, Librarian, Jen Staggs, me. It would be really exciting too to see what Julian Grant would add. Other people I can think of working in this area might be Marie Wintzer and Mariska van den Hueval in the Netherlands.

I have to add to Karen's request - I'm not good at following instructions (even when they're for my own good). It's wouldn't hurt if you restated the process again - sorry to ask.

This could be very cool.

If you are still looking for one more mail artist you might want to consider Julian Grant. His work is thoughtful, edgy, and he effectively balances tension with wit.

Glad you like the mail art. And yes. I've gotten a start on my first section of The Crimson Giant. Any chance of getting the addresses of the other participants? I would love copies of their sections as well. Ciao.

Yes I will do it. Because your book is outstanding and it's an honor to be asked to join in. Also, I like you a lot. You add to the site. So I'll do it! YAY US!

The book is beautiful, and very apropos for a librarian, but I would never prescribe what to send. Send whatever your heart and intuition move you to send.

I like your idea of the World as Town as well. I'll send something for that soon. You amaze me with your prolific work and the range of your ideas and themes--they are layered, complex, and wide-ranging, ever-evolving.

Wanted to let you know the first section of your book arrived safely in St. Paul. Thank you! I'm thrilled to participate in this collaborative effort. It's "untidiness" is a very appealing feature!

I think it's a very worthwhile project. Thanks for clearing up the mystery note. You need to print to me....I can't often read cursive.

It's a great piece and I want to say yes cause I like you a lot but I simply don't do collaborative work. I'm uncomfortable with it. De Villo a I once conceived of a possible piece we could do together. He would sen me vispo, I would tear it and use it in a piece. We never did it. I will be following and cheering your project on!
