Should We Be Worried About Thom Courcelle ...

that he created so many trashbooks in one week? One has to wonder, is it possible he is turning COB: compulsive obsessive boo? (I mean that in the best possible way, Thom.) This has been here for a little while, and whenever I'd be about to blog it, someone else would blog theirs. So we have seen several different ones, all wonderful. Above is the cover, and also the front of the envelope because Thom is another one (of many) for whom the envelope itself is a canvas of sorts. I always love them, and I love this trashbook. Just one inside page will appear below, though all are more than worthy. For example, I did also especially like the Ticketmaster envelope with buttermilk waffles inside. But this one speaks to our common love of music, so it must be seen: Thank you so much, Thom!

You all will have to read Judith Heartsong's blog to see how it was that I accomplished such a prodigious COB feat:

Thank you for the concern, thought!!!  It's nice to have people worry about you once in a while!  I have just this afternoon returned from my second day at the dentist's office with my brand new permanent* friend. It's good to feel like my smile is public-appropriate again.

I, for one, Cheryl, cannot WAIT to see what a professional book artist comes up with when she turns her mind to the trash bin!!

*this is apparently a relative term.

Or maybe the trashpros, Theresa? No, that would be wrong.

I was kidding!!! BUT I did make it a standard :-)): - American standard! And you see - even Thom has a ticket! I on the other hand have a much coveted  ticket to a Zulu Kraal... its a Trashpo GEM!!! Will have to substitute tickets to the d' Orsay Museum in Paris in  lieu.... THDK (Trashpo Honcho D.K.) - yip, we're swopping muffins - my Sunday ones have been outlawed as dangerous to human health...  - I forgot I was baking :-( X

Oh Cheryl, so many questions. But first of all, yes, Thom is creating international jealousy over his trashpo stamp, and he has to be doing it on purpose, don't you think? He is probably just showing off in an effort to make up for his LIAM TRA fiasco, poor guy.

I think the trashpo honcho Diane might agree that there are no standard requirements--to each his or her own, ESPECIALLY when it comes to trash. Or trashpo. Aside from that, don't forget that Thom's trashbook blogged here has a ticket envelope in it, and inside that is a "Western Family" Buttermilk Waffles lid flap. Close enough? Maybe not!

P.S. I thought there were standard requirements for these things - namely:

a) shopping list

b) Cereal box

c) Ticket to somewhere?

I have de Bussy in the background and it took me TWO DAYS to make a trashbook - NOT as easy as I thought - has Thom gotten hired help?  I think he's creating international jealousy over his trashpo-stamp personally :-) X
