Something new from Catherine Petre

Catherine writes that she has been experimenting: Bold and beautiful colors on the card (and envelope below), Catherine, and a very nice, organic style. Yes I do like it, very much! And also the Virginia Woolf quote on the back of the card: "Each has his past shut in him like the leaves of a book known to him by heart and his friends can only read the title." Virginia Woolf was a favorite author of mine for many years, but I never read (or now don't remember) this quote, and am glad to have it.

Next to the envelope in the photo is a bookmark Catherine made--it is a monoprint encased in plastic, and great to see the edges of that beautiful paper. This monoprint is a real beauty; I love it and have told her that it's the best bookmark I've ever had. Thank you very much for everything, Catherine ~
