It's always wonderful to receive mail art from the goddess of enigma, Karen Champlin. I love how she circles the letter S, stamps it everywhere and then puts CONFIDENTIAL across the photo, entrusting me with her work. Karen often includes snippets of psychology text, the kind of stuff that when I try to read, makes my brain hurt. On the back, Karen asks me if I remember snow. Who else but someone in the upper Midwest would poke me in the ribs with that kind of humor? And though I laughed out loud, I must now admit with some anxiety that I think I can hear the shovels in the garage getting restless...
