Number nine, Number nine, Number nine. Sound like a Beatles song! Well at first I thought this was from Katerina as she can never throw away the stamp leftovers. But no, Patrcia also has the no throw away stamp leftover fever. And to boot, this is an Alter & Return

as well as the always "don't throw away" edges of ye ol' postage stamps...

(some nowadays with barcodes too)

so why not recycle/reuse in mail art :-)
