Marie Wintzer: Bubbles Boekie and other lively drugs

The last time I saw one of these, I nearly got myself into trouble. But here it is for real. Quite a little gem, and delightful to hold and page through. When you put the boekie together, the story goes from English, to French, to Japanese to Czech or maybe Slovak. (not quite sure).

The story starts off with a young girl walking to High School. She arrives at the school and starts walking up the steps of the main door. All of a suddenly she hears a noise behind her, she turns to look and ... (the story goes into the Czech part, and I don't understand a thing.)

Very clever idea this Boekie.  Take three and call me in the morning.

Put together using clear tape, string and messages.

So what you see as one page is actually 3 pages.

Thank you Marie, I expect the pills are VALium.  I'll keep them in the package and consider them as art.  PS Roche stocks are up .20% at 148.50 euros this morning, and rising.  No time to wait.

Really great work, bravo la puce.

Yes that's right, it's also a electronic chip. Like the kind on your credit card.

Looks like Marie has found a new occupation ... Pharmacien Artist !!!    Be careful with those abstracts. [xx]

I always thought it was flea, but my Bing translator said it means chip!?? Anyways, those chill pills are a cute idea! I might need some!

Oh sorry about that.  I guess calling someone a flea isn't very nice ... or is it a thumb?  Very confusing language French be.

Thanks for the blog, Dean! A great read for my morning, and the photos are delightful as well, but my favourite part is actually "la puce" :-))) hahaha. Merci!

This is a beauty that Marie sent you, Dean!

The new series with transparent tape is fantastic!

Look at all those "pages" and texts and strings and...well it is FAB

(as one dear Cheryl would say!)

Agree: better to have those pills as ART than to swallow them!
