"Karen Elliott" Junk Mail by the Lone Gunman Neoist (Richmond, Virginia, USA)

Lone Gunman - 4.1.2016 - 1

Mail art by IUOMA member (?) the “Lone Gunman” Neoist (Richmond, Virginia, USA)

April 1, 2016 - I have received another envelope from the anonymous mail artist whom I have named the Lone Gunman Neoist.

I am aware of the tragic incidents in Richmond, Virginia. The term Lone Gunman Neoist was applied long before the recent events, and so I feel no reason to change the name as there simply is not the slightest connection. In fact, I doubt the Lone Gunman Neoist actually resides in Richmond. I think this is a fake address. Lone Gunman is only meant to point to the fact that I believe this individual has no connection to the Neoist movement or its members. The term “wannabe” could be even more hurtful.

MinXus-Lynxus is one of the very few blogs that discusses and encourages submissions by and/or about Neoism. So our Lone Gunman, I believe, is trying to gain visibility among the veteran Neoists. The Lone Gunman Neoist is more and more adopting the Karen Eliot and Monty Cantsin identities.

The Lone Gunman Neoist seems to be attempting to create Trashpo:

I also do wish (sincerely) to dispel the notion there is any connection between MOAN LISA and MISS NOMA - the caps can only be a coincidence.

Moan is a real person known to many of us (originally as Superhero) who has been at IUOMA Ning on and off since approximately 2011.

Thank you, Bob Jones.

Yes, MONTE CON O SIN SAFOS (formerly "Davie" - news to me) does appear to be some manifestation of the Lone Gunman Neoist. Last time I looked, the Cleveland St/Richmond address was used on that profile. Again, some earlier research revealed that address is probably some kind of diversion.

I don't see that MONTE CON O SIN SAFOS is one of the "Old School" Neoists we glimpse here at IUOMA and elsewhere. Someone else with an obscure agenda.

"On the 5th of January this year Davie joined IUOMA &
promptly changed his name to "MONTE CON O SIN SAFOS" ...Please note that the pseudonym is written in all capitals ...Besides "MOAN LISA" & "MISS NOMA" he appears to be the only other IUOMA member to be doing this ...so there may or may not be a connection ...

Davie?

I am very curious about the identity of the Lone Gunman Neoist.

Some might recall some research was done on the Richmond address. The only conclusion I remember is that it's a fake, or more accurately a diversion. It's a real address, but none of the occupants have any m-a connections. Civilians. I've seen these Neoist disappearing trails before.

The pieces included are clearly produced by more than one person.

No David Zack references. I'm surprised. This must not be connected to the David Zack Lives scam of recent years.
