April 3, 2016 - Bay Area correspondent Annette Kesterson can always be relied upon to offer “boots on the ground” commentary along with pleasing mail art. I think this recent piece is both engaging and topical.

Interestingly, or perhaps ominously, I received another report recently concerning a downward spiral of life in the once proud Bay Area. While somewhat vague, I assume these complaints relate to cultural and social issues. Joey Patrickt in Oakland, however, appears to be content. I will keep you posted as information emerges.
