The Rules of Mail Art states: there are no rules :-)

Perhaps we could "walk it over"...

but this was not "walked over" as we see from the 72 euro cent Greek domestic postage,

the "train" went through the Hellenic Post :-)

Love the one cent stamp.  But isn't she supposed to be underwater?

So this brings up the classic art question; Is Mail Art Mail Art if someone walks it over to your place and pops it in your mailbox?
