Brief Message

I received some fantastic mail lately, among them two trashbooks - one from Diane K. and one from Vizma, several pieces from Erni, collages, drawings and paintings from Svenja, Nancy, Cristina, Daria, MA Martha, Dean and Val, artistamps from J. Block and zine invitation from Jon, all of which I have not scanned and blogged yet. I just wanted to repeat my thanks and say how much I appreciate it all! I am quite busy right now with work and stuff, checking in on IUOMA only briefly once in a while, but I very much look forward to finding time to blog. Also I am itching to send out some things I made in return. You guys and gals are so great! I am glad I found this place!

I still have to find a proper rhythm of making, sending and documenting mail. The thrill of creating mail for many different people is still relatively new to me. I find myself trying out different techniques and exploring new ideas. I even attended a class last weekend, to mess around with paint, something I have not done since I was in school. But then time is limited.
