4079 - Year of the rabbit - from Lisa Iversen @ Skybridge Studios

What are rabbits up to in their spare time? For all I know they might be tap dancing, but today Lisa is revealing another one of their favorite activities with this postcard: shadow hands (literally)! Unbelievably cute and funny :-))
4079 refers to the year 2011 according to the Lunar Calendar. Oh yes, it is that late already...
Thank you very much Lisa, this is a great card with great calligraphy as usual, and it still makes me smile every time I look at it.

(N.B: I'm sure Dosankodebbie would love this for her rabbit call!)

Marie, my 4079 card is done in a bright, sunny yellow:

The year of the rabbit promises to be a peaceful and prosperous one and that sounds good to me--thanks, Lisa!

Looks like Lisa Iversen Day on the IUOMA blogs - and well-deserved too, IMHO. 2010 appears to have been the Year of the Monkey, and I for one am pleased to see the backs of them (TY East Bay Ray). 2011 is indeed shaping to be The Year of the Rabbit or The Year of the Bunny - but now I'm splitting hares again. Thanks, MW.
