Ms.Lovender, aka Heavenly angel, sent some beautiful textured Japanese papers, which I am not sure if I will be able to use...'may wish to keep them and not send them out as origami or collage. It will be difficult for me to part with such delicate papers. Also in the envelope were papers with fun images with bunnies and bears. These I have already in mind the creation of "365"…Continue
And inside, full of PR cards and things for up-and-coming 3 YEARS of IUOMA. Also, look at the 1947 USA

"W" is the unknown known of her asemic piece. And the scan does not do justice to the fine textures and colors of the papers, but they are FAB! Vintage penmanship writings in the background make for a gentle asemic landscape.

Mapped-out location on the "ceiling" of Herr Haptic's Cathedral of Collectables ( box:15x30cmtall x 7cm deep...6x12 inches x 3 inches deep). From DJ Turner to Blaues Barhaus to Lost AD? unknown location to me! Red shape is really a 3-dimensioal match box, with cathedral "windows" on either side.…Continue

Well, "GENERAL"...hate? It is a multi-layered tape transfer image, full of "characters" , some smiling in a vintage-postcard-ad way! Other image is a first-aid "helping hand". One has to not pass over art by Jon lightly. As multi-layered are the imageds he uses, so multi-layered it the art with meaning!…Continue

Very GREEN and very Aussie! This is Number 138 of her 365 project...making mail art everyday, even while on-the-road. Perhaps Erni can tell us what the music score is on the right? Looks German! But it is GREEN and with
nice green overlays, too.…Continue

A translucent envelope reveals unique "trash"-in-the-mail! I hesitate to open the envelope, as the contents can be seen through its transparency. And that makes a "flu" image, both sides, seeing color and confetti shapes floating and fluxible! Even some asemic wording appears..."or taking costs"...or "or taking posts"? And I placed it against the light to emphasize the patterns…Continue
And Lesley honored me by sending a vintage postcard of the classical sculpture of Hermes by Praxiteles, which is safe in the archaeological museum at Ancient Olympia...and which we can visit next Spring , when we all meet at Ancient Corinth to search for the Lost…Continue
