Quick ramble round the local park this morning waiting for Hazel to do some shopping in the local Co-op.  Saw this lighthouse cut out on top of a pile of debris in junkyard/fence emporium.  I forgot my camera hence the attempt in Paint 3-D which I havent used before.  It's very similar to the old Paint app but has 3-D option which I don't quite get yet?   Anybody else tried this app?   I've just updated to Windows 10 so it's all new to me.…

Heleen, on a short trip to Belgium from her native Netherlands, surprised me with this one. It might be my first Belgian stamp ever. It shows a Red Admiral butterfly.

I love the little caterpillar she added to the envelope at a very early hour in the morning :)…

These amazing stamps were issued in 2017 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Spanish video game La Abadía del Crimen (The Abbey of Crime), itself based on Umberto Eco's book The Name of the Rose, which was also made into one of my favorite films starring Sean Connery.…
