Truly amazing-I love every tender detail and inch of it! I will definately use the bits in it if and when I can bear to disassemble it. Tearing the tape even felt wrong. I feel very spoiled by my mail box today. Will be sending something your way very soon:)

PS: So, what's for dinner? %_^ [the other insert is a paper balloon in case you were confused - another person I sent one to didn't know what it was/that they should blow it up and PLAY!]

wow, that was amazingly fast! the PO said media mail wouldn't arrive till Sat - tres cool! I'm very glad you're so pleased! ^_^ Please use the stuff in it! If you ever use it up and change/add to the pockets, I would love to see pictures! The Rouge et Cles "Hommage" was meant as a wee D-Kult joke, the 'elegance' look part of the 'in honor' flavour of the tribute %_^  I couldn't bear to deface your original, so it's all emulation - "Play-gerism!" Your address stamp [addended] a photoshop mock-up.

Yea Trashpo!!!

Cleo, I am beyond honored that you sent this to me. It is breathtaking! The Rouge et Cles collab piece is tres elegante! I was very confused by it at first as I didn't remember what I had originally sent. That is the great thing about morphing art. The fortune fish will forever take the guesswork out of things. Dkult will never be the same. It just decided what I'm having for dinner (and it's not fish). This is about a million times better in person than the photograph.  Exquisite package thank you for an amazing mail art day!!!

Cool/Thanks! ^_^ It was one of those [too rare!!!] moments of "divine inspiration" ... I was removing a packing slip envelope from a package to file away in my [creative!] trash bin, and suddenly the idea popped into my head. Hardly any thinking, I just did it - all the ideas were just there! [Why can't this happen all the time damnit?! %_^]

oh - that means it's made from either kozo, mitsumata, and/or gampi trees.

"Washi" just means "Japanese paper."

You'll be able to -it's usable/that's the point! The envelopes have flaps or are just open - the tape is sort of like post-it tape: doesn't stick permanently [it's great stuff!]

[Just finished adding a few more goodies...Packing up now - expect it next week... ]
