I was considering stopping at a used bookstore, buying a copy of the "Tell-Tale Heart" & starting an EdgarAllenPo movement, or doing police themed collages for PoPo.

Ok, will proceed with Banana Yoshimoto. I understand completely - trashpo is a bone of contention. I think it ripped up "stations of the cross" because it became an issue when it did not belong there. No one is appreciating the fact that when CP-SA returns she is not going to be pleased about this trashy turn. Hope you are well.

I'm dead serious! :-)

---

I saw erni's post but, too many comments, I'm not following at all with this tashpo thing. All I saw was a whole lot of trash in front of the cathedral of Strasbourg (home for me). And how could you say that Stations of the cross was a disaster?! Not happy!

OK, I learned something. Thanks. You're serious right? I have to look up Banana Yoshimoto AND more about The Trash People. Did you see Erni posted The Trash People? It's like - if DK had an army, they'd be robots made out of trash - trashinators, like terminators. You are serious, right? About Banana Yoshimoto?

Banana Yoshimoto is another member of the Banana family. She is part of the Japanese branch that diverged about 400 years ago with immigrants coming to Japan by rowing boat. She wrote the much acclaimed Kitchen, which I read when I was a teenager but failed to be impressed back then. To be fair, translations from Japanese are always very difficult.

Who is Banana Yoshimoto? I'll keep my "i"s peeled.

You know Banana Yoshimoto?

A peeling indeed. He is ape-ing Andy Warhol. Anna Banana is a legendary mail-artist.

This is extremely appealing.
