I exchange mailart with a local artist friend, sometimes including a story. I'd read a magazine article with the following descriptors, and decided to write a story using them, preferably in order, to accompany various images. This was one such (with silly looking long-feet shoes).

Descriptors: Aloof, icy, playful, curious, remote, opaque, funny, shy, distant, nice, impenetrable, guarded, unreadable.

The story on the back of this postcard:
His feet, both Left and Right,
were long and aloof,
though never icy like those of The Other.
While those of The Other engaged in
playful curious exploration,
his feet preferred to remain opaque, unreadable.
Why engage? to what end did Feet engage??
Sure, They appeared out of nowhere,
sheathed in shy funny attire,
but was that any reason to be nice?
There were advantages, his feet knew intimately,
in remaining impenetrable, guarded.
And His Feet intended to preserve those advantages,
no matter what.
