It was your pencils, Frieder, what a mess. Just kidding! It's the last photo down that has lots of piles. Desktop? I'm not sure what that is. But yes, not too many of us win the battle. I sure never do.

lol I don´t know what you mean Nancy, but maybe the look in the chaos of the big box of artthings. If you knew, I´m always fighting against things and try to create space to work. and i don´t have the feeling that I could ever win...

Chalkboard--that's IT! I don't lose lists, there are just about 17 going at once and therefore confusion reigns. That's the perfect solution. ("Katerina--always!" is a hoot. She will be permanently on mine too--so generous and prolific.)

Frieder, it comforts me a little to see one space of yours that looks quite askew, but even then--I always see "soul" in your work spaces.

This looks like a FEAST!!!

Funny, I use boxes to store spices and herbs and my inks and watercolors are all around different tables.

Together with bowls and glasses of different dillutions (of which my cats drink !!)
