Yes, it was a special campaign for Valentine's Day.

I read about it on Eva's blog.

Looks like it was on the post office's website, but I'm not sure if there was an ad campaign.

I am wondering how the word got out you could send mail with paying by 'sealing with a kiss'. Anyone got the sources?

Both really creative, and fun ideas for getting people involved in sending mail, as well as reading.

I wonder if anybody paid their bills with lipstick 'stamps'? Or maybe almost everyone is doing that on line now.

There are also days in the Netherlands that when you have a specific book with you, you can travel for free in the Dutch Railways..... That is some advertising (and succes too).

17.02.25 Dare Ruud Janssen,..."Yes, that's right, no more postage needed."... Again, "Wow"!!!!!!!!....should my fellow I.U.O.M.A. members care to note:  ...... This offers some idea of  just how "out of touch" & "crazy" the thinking  is in the U.S. concerning the basic needs of it's own citizenship  (not to even mention some other nameless countries).....me thinks that the Dutch  just might be a little more closer to " getting it right".  ... As Ms. Heleen de Vaan pointed out.....she had to go out & purchase extra lipstick & the males in Dutch society were compelled to do the same if they were to take this "Valentine" business seriously. Best to you & yours. Richard Canard

I like that one is an artistamp, and one is a lipstick kiss.
