Or have I got that the wrong way round?
Try again: Rembrandt in the Rijksmuseum and SuusinMokkum & Val in O'Reilly's Bar.
That's better.
The Polo Mint has recently been to Amsterdam. It was practically impossible to Polo Mint the newly-re-opened Rijksmuseum, but I did manage to take a few photos there.
And then went to meet up with Suus.
Ready...steady...go!
The next photo doesn't have a Polo Mint in it, but two baby buggies. It is included here because you don't often see a photo of the Nightwatchman with baby buggies.
This is a photo of a block of tea (and not the Dutch version of coffeee as served in 'Coffee Shops').
And then, boys and girls, this is the one that you've all been waiting for.... Polo Mint with Guinness and red wine....
I don't know when the Polo Mint Adventures will continue.

Yeah, Jim these are REAL Polo Mints.
Divine Intervention, I reckon, but I'm not sure what (or which?) the Divinity responsible for this is.
Feel free to go Polo-Minting in Museums and Galleries in your part of the world.
This could be the start of an International Movement!
So, I've never heard of POLO Mints - sure, I've heard of Polo "the sport of kings", Polo shirts (an unfortunate campus fashion trend back in 1981 that "forced" me to wear three of them at once...and, of course, Polo cologne (and it's knockoff Puloo, which kind of smells like it sounds, a treasure discovered in Bangkok). But yesterday, not only did I stumble upon the POLO Mint Adventure blog...a box appeared in the office break room. Coincidence? Divine intervention? Or a coupling of a co-workers souvenir from his recent trip to India and my websurfing at work?
It's on the Top Floor and is part of the not-very-inspiring-at-all 1900-1950 collection.
No, Rembrandt didn't travel by plane, but he swam regularly from the mainland to Texel.
Why is Suus in O'Reilley's? was she drinking Guinness?
Why is that plane in the Rijksmuseum, I wonder? Did Rembrandt travel by plane?
Yay! 'Love the Polo Mint Portrait in the Rijksmuseum .
OH! I mean in O'Reilly's Bar. :-)
Great photos, Val!
