The Polo Mint Adventures Part 6: Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek, Copenhagen, Denmark

This is The End of the Danish  series of Polo Mint Adventures, with photos from the Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek Museum in Copenhagen.

The Museum is so called because there is a large bar on every floor that offers visitors unlimited amounts of free Carlsberg beer, and when you have drunken a lot your tummy begins to rumble to the tune of 'Glytotek' -- the Danish Eurovision Song Contest entry in 1997.

Or something like that.

This Part of the Adventures begins with some Polo Minted works of Degas. (THE Degas, not the one who played in goal for Nantes in the 2nd round replay of the French Cup game against Montpellier in 1956)

Next...the Rijksmuseum, and O'Reilley's bar in Amsterdam.

Thanks, Eraser. It's when I start eating the art and leaving the Polo Mint behind that you really have to worry.

Eating evidence is illegal Val! Since it's art... it's okey! :)

Don't tell anyone, Eraser, but I have more than one Polo Mint for these Adventures.

And sometimes I eat the Mint when Museum staff become too curious as to what I'm doing.

Great performance again Val! Surprised by the whiteness of the mintpastille, should be blackened by all this moving around from museum to museum.

Oh Val, your blog make me smile.
The lady-statue tries to reach for the polo mint! Fascinating.
