Mail that came to me in April.

Thanks Jack Lattemann for postal art. Lattemann, always featured in mail art as Cascadia Artpost, has been building his city for years, a model of some beautiful country, populated by little people who live their own lives. In March 2020, a photo of a composition dedicated to the anniversary of another master of mail art, the canadian artist Anna Banana.

In addition, Jack sent me issue of his own newspaper: an funny parody of the press, social headlines, even crosswords are present…

Ilya, I wish you a hopeful and creative spring. Work continues on the Cascadia Diorama - a new central Post Office has been completed, but a zine commemorating its opening plus other associated mail art might be delayed until the international postal circulation has improved. In the meantime, I have planted the first raised bed of our vegetable garden as a 10-day period of sunny warm weather has befriended Cascadia. As a substitute for a tangible artistamp sheet, here is the latest from Cascadia Artpost for spring. The image has been taken from a 1930's British gardening poster. All the best and remain well! ~ Jack
