Superior TrashBook From Thom Courcelle

I received the most amazing trashbook from Thom and I'm going to post all the pages whether this page wants me to or not. It will only let me post a few at a time. His stamp is genius and each page is just rich. I love how he put a ticketmaster envelope in and there is awesome trashpo inside of it. He has pieces of envelopes, plastic bags, and calendars and perfect choice of words interspersed throughout and the tiny bag of threads and 'loose ends' is amazing. He has cut out a section behind it so it peeks through the back. Thank you so much for this Thom -you made my day!

The Trashpo Mobile Library is a great idea. It could support itself by working at the landfills simultaneously smashing down the garbage and grabbing bits for new books. It's a win win

That's hilarious, Erni!  That vehicle looks like a piece of recycled tank trash itself! Look at that beat-up old muffler on the side! A driver could get through even the worst of terrain in that--bringing Trashpo to the masses.

Diane--You're a peach to stuff all those pictures in here!  And thanks for your nice comments, Erni, Bifidus, and Amy.  I think a trashpo bookmobile would be an awesome experiment!  All the kids could be encouraged to write in and "embellish" the books they check out and return.  ...And all the older patrons would look things over, shake their heads, and remark, "They don't make books like they used to..." Can't you just picture it?!
