An interesting double sided bit of eco-politique. On one side the ever-popular children's illustration: "who is the fastest animal?" to which Raphael has added a new entrant: Climate Change Refugee, dead last. Observing all this, clipboard in hand, a corporate lackey trying to either monetize or weaponize some kidney stone of information they've extracted from the contest. Next to him, his limp response: "This is not my fault." The Leopard, as it turns out, is the winner. On the flip side: what looks like a natural history of the leopard over which Raphael'l has stamped a snowman. The words at the top: "Who Profits From the Crime!" or as we say Post-Watergate: Follow the Money. Thank you, Raphael'L. I must say I am writing this under extreme duress as a large moth is waiting to attack from the shadows. Patti and I, brooms in hand, had an earlier skirmish in the kitchen, spastically swinging at this deadly insect until Patti said, mid-swing, "Poor thing is probably terrified." That brought me up short. I hadn't thought of the moth's perspective. Well, maybe I have but only in the sense of thinking and knowing as I do, exactly how malevolent they are. Now, as I say, he is panting heavily in the folds of a curtain and planning his fatal dive bomb on my bright, bright computer screen. Over and Out
