Prissy Little Card from Alicia Starr

Received this amazing combination of art pieces from Alicia. She calls it 'trashpo asemically' . Everything from the Key stamp to the bubble packaging, to the asemic lettering, just makes this MA excellent. Alicia uses every bit of space to make a statement in her art, yet in a minimalist way. It took me the longest time to decipher the "Little Bits of Trashp" lettering. The gold foil is trashp she found in a clothing store dressing room. She says she felt as if she was stealing a previous jewel to take it and put it in her bag. I know the feeling. I also like Alicia's use of the staple to adhere her trashpo and I'm not sure I can bring myself to ever use the foil-it is so perfect attached to the story of its origin. Thank you Alica!!

Alicia has given a new definition to "prissy".

This is such a cool card and so Alicia. She's shoppin' at the used clothing store-watch out, she gets the best stuff.

I know Angie-I don't find anything prissy about it at all-to me it's very modern and sophisticated
