A Book With an Identity Crisis by Cheryl Penn

Reached the limit for photo posting so will put the beginning pages in the comment section sorry it's backwards. I think Nancy Bell Scott's suggestion is a good one to only photograph a select number of pages out of trashbooks to avoid scannitis, but this book from Cheryl needed to be shown in its' entirety as it is the journey of a soul searching book.

Katerina, you're my mail-art coach. I DO have to finish my chapter for the asemics #5 edition. I want to do my Trash Book concept before someone else does something better. I'm on it. Can do, and all that

"later..later...later" I've heard that before , Sloan. Time to get going!

At least with that Trashbook of the Dead"...it's all yours! Go man, go....

trashgically hip - a trashegdy - we're all in stitches

DVS I'm super anxious to see your decaying trashbook. And let us know what we can do speed up your creation process. Threats? Guilt? Deadlines? We will just have to bare the suspense. KDJ literally cracked her head open trying to answer the phones at the DKoder Ring Order Fullfillment Center. She is recovering nicely but complains the doctor stitched her up asemically.

I'm wondering when Marie will take the plunge into the landfill and make a trashbook. Like Cheryls, I know it will be tres chic (Trashique)

My Kat file is VERY extensive. More on this later.

Cheryl, you obviously haven't been following the dramas on the TrashpoTV channel. Dw was struck in the head by a huge tree branch, causing head trauma. He briefly believed DK was his mother, but the DKNA test disproved in a sensational trial. Head trauma is a consistent theme among Trash People.

I admit I am not prolific like so many of you. But I don't see why my style couldn't be adapted to a Trash Book. Cheryl, has pulled off a total winner here. And her aesthetic is very different. I'm claiming Trash Book of the Dead. Give me a chance before someone else does one.

Looks like yhis?...Yes THIS? Maybe DVS will send a trash book before 12.12.2012???

We definately need a manifesto. DW will make a trashbook out of a shoe catalogue no doubt, although if I can ever get Angie to hand model the DKoder ring, I think it will trigger a different fetish. I really can't picture a DVS trashbook. I can't wait to see it but you're right Cheryl, I think the end of the world will come first. Who can high pressure him?

In fact, several should have gotten blue sandpo/trashpo boekies? Some blue some white covers, yes? Or were they lost-in-the-mail back during the hot summer?

Looks like yhis, Sloan:

MomKat definitely sent Sloan a Trash book...with blue or white sandpaper cover perhaps ( how could one misplace that without remembering how it scraped one's fingers?)Now DVS is going to MAKE a trash book? How 'bout a "Windmills" trashbook, eh?

Perfect description of trashbooks, DK! A Manifesto in the making?
