I LOVE to blog but if I blogged everything I get here and on my various blogs I would be blogging all the time and would never make a thing.  I like to have my main blogs over at blogger but love the noise and enthusiasm here at IUOMA so I ping pong between the two.  Lately I have been blogging regularly there but not blogging here so faithfully.  I post on facebook too.  It all gets so confusing!  So, here are a few of the most recent arrivals for Monochrome, Semitone, Kodachrome that you might not want to miss.  I only have two followers, so please follow the blog to make sure you see everything that I receive, just in case.

Above came in from Eduardo Cardosa.  He sent me a series of wonderful monochrome (minimalist) images which I've posted in full at the MSK blog:

You can see Guido Vermeulen's luscious envelope and the contents at the MSK blog.

Fleur's haptic piece hasn't reproduced in a way that you can feel the surface, but it's a beauty.

Silvano Pertone sent me three pieces with a filmic feel! I may not have updated the blog to include this piece which arrived a day after the other  two...

What I love about Pedro Bericat's work is the way he seemlessly blends the visual and sound.  Tic Tac sent me lots of stuff too - lucky me!

And there's work by Victor Femenias and lots more before that and of course others still to scan and post!  Hope to see you there and don't forget to send me something!

I'm glad that my entry arrived safely, and that you like it! I wish that I could attend this event in person --- it's the kind of gathering that I really enjoy.

All the Nice Girls Love a Sailor

All the nice girls love a sailor,
All the nice girls love a tar;
For there's something about a sailor --
Well, you know what sailors are!

Bright and breezy, free and easy,
He's the ladies' pride and joy.
Falls in love with Kate and Jane,
Then he's off to sea again --

Ship Ahoy! Ship Ahoy!

Thank you/Merci

Val, we had a conversation about it.  You told all you weren't the sailor and I blogged it at MSK and at the event etc!

Did a sailor from HMD Polaroid in France arrive?

I love blogging all this great stuff! Tic Tac's boekie is a dream.  She has such depth to her work.  You can't even believe the same person makes all the pieces, except that each one is perfect.
