Here is some of the holiday mail art that arrived before the New Year.

As there will be no mail delivery in Greece , probably until Jan. 7,

there is now quiet time to BLOG! And there are many!

A "vintage" image from Martha, and the story of the Royal Mail Coach:

Also, Martha sent a nice 2015 calendar

with specially marked dates of great importance to the new "Front Door Gallery"! :

Her envelope is always fun to see in my mail box, this one with a BLUE dove:

Many thanks Martha!

See you in this New Year in-the-mail!

Katerina, how in time you did email me about the trolley and almanaque. I nearly sent you another card and almanaque! i have been making envelopes and filling them since 4 in the morning, so no wonder. I had forgotten I had already sent them to you. I need another  holiday!

I still have the little "trolley" cut-out...

No I am afraid I did  not remember the poor trolley, but yesterday as I was looking for a book I saw its model who you so kindly sent me. I needed it to illustrate the history of the trolley, remember? and I had not kept a copy, of course I thought of you with gratitude, dear Katerina.

Was there a Birthday Party for the "trolley" on December 31?

What a fun calendar you sent, thanks, Martha xxx
