The other day I broke into a Building. A deep scarlet Building, a human Habitation. That Building got broken in several times before, I could tell, even though it was very well kept. It was a Secret place.

It was agreeably Warm, I could hear the sound of a strong yet unsteady Beat. It was a Woman's Heart.

Walls/Cracks/Reconstructing
Every time

Sewing those organic Walls close fitted, Layer on Layer.

Walls are Paper - Heart
Thread is Blood - Flow
Veins, Arteries - the paths of life

The Builders of this House will never be out of work. Day after day the mechanics have to be revisited. New molecules are designed for a new Chemistry. Old ones recycled, keeping the Memory, important building blocks.

In the Heart of the House, an open book. It was All kept there. A poem with no Beginning and no End, the Typewriter not resting for one second.
Words beyond Words, a Font unique to everyone, the Language of the Heart.

Cheryl, I love the way you built up this Heart, it's a condensed little piece of Life, I can feel its beat when I hold it, really.
The Poetry is so FAB it would need a blog of its own to do justice to its richness. As ever, thank you for spoiling me mail after mail!

I still like it.

Thank you!! Maybe your work brings out the best of me? It certainly strikes more than one chord. I like to just sit there and look at it, observe for a while, let it get used to its new home, and then the words just come naturally...

And the photos, you know I could spend all day :-))

P.S. Again - your photos and commentary - wow :-) They make me WANT to release a secret.   Thats vital to me in reacting to work - to do what it asks - that's what your photo's do. Thank you.

Marie, as usual, you show that Heart Matters. To not know what is generated by a soft beat under the skin, to not become intimately acquainted with this secret site. What is the point then?

Thanks Sloan, I'll take the compliment. Cheryl will probably take it too. I was about to write that her poetry is up there with Dante and DW's :-)))

I haven't ever the slightest idea what she's talking about, but I need her to keep saying it. This has to be one of your best ever, Marie.
