My second realisation was that I should challenge you to a pannekin competition. I bet mine are bigger than yours!

My guesses are: Papeterie du College, College Cite, Institution Sevigne, College Jules Ferry, College Brassens, College Victor Hugo, or College Montesquieu.

But are any of these in the geographical vicinity of Finnbadger's guesses??? I don't think so.
