That's is beautiful Marie. I guess some people do have relationships and experiences going back a long way. My Cheryl collection tends to be more on the experimental side - those pieces stabbed by a knife and stuff and all those notes you can't read. Golden memories for sure. Thanks for posting this great blog!

Lesley :-)) I like your early morning analogies. Bathrobe it is. Your great boekie for Cheryl's work inspired me to do something similar. Cheryl, yes, please post when you have a pop-free internet moment!! :-)) Svenja, thank you. I also started another book for other received mail severals months ago but I can't get to continue let alone finish it. So much work....

Looks wonderful, what a great idea. I haven't thought about what I'll do with all the received art. Just now it's all over my room ... Thanks for showing us, Marie.

Ooooh Marie it's beautiful! It reminds me of a comfy dressing gown (bathrobe you may call it) wrapping up around some wonderful treasures inside, keeping them safe. (Sorry a bit weird so early in the morning) Maybe it's the Japanese fabric. The pockets hold Cheryl's work snugly yet one can still catch a glimpse of what the piece is about - clever! My book that holds Cheryl's work is very cumbersome now that it is so full, but yours seems to be a perfect size. Well done Marie!
