Blogjam--K.S. Chambers, Richard Canard, Amy Morton (not in that order--in Kaos)

Received the most amazing pieces from Amy Morton. This 'bug' inkblot idea is ingenious. She tells me to try it, but there is no way I could draw something this cool. The Keep Calm postcard is from K.S. Chambers and couldn't have come at a better time. I was very stressed at the time and lavished in this mail art moment. Next is ANOTHER piece from K.S. Chambers. I don't know how I got so lucky to get two from him, but I did. The other is from Mail Art Mystic, Richard Canard. I like when he send me these vignette cards. It feels comforting to know there is someone doing much the same thing as I am doing--looking for trash, making art out of trash, and drawing conclusions about, by and for trash. That it says "Arts" can NOT be a coincidence. RC is tapping into the cosmic mail art soup we all swim in.

Richard ALSO sent me copies of his glorious trash poems. I will post them when I get them scanned. So I got TWO pieces from him too!!!  thank you so much

Mea Culpa regarding the spelling of Trashpo, however I do love the idea of trashprose .  .  . Diane has hit it on the head with that comment.

That's right! The TrashPro-phettes! Neil with his Trashemic Sacred Scrolls & The Dust Man (aka Dustin' off, man!)!

About DKult, did KDJ say "You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave"? " Or "Every time I think I'm out, they pull me back in"?

DKULTCA (DKult California) is still a little thin. We have Nadine in Hollywood (DKULTNOHO) & Not Hi Ng but it hasn't caught on like in Alabama or DKUNST in Europe.

Amy and KS--Dkult is a friendly neighborhood Kult dedicated to the worship and creation of Trashpo. You are automatically a member by joinging the trashpo group and there is no way to 'disengage', but MOST people don't want to...at least after some 'alteration'

LOL--that's great--Trashprose     I know it's funny because someone else used to always see it as Trashpro too. Then there are the TrashProphets such as Chaplain Dew Drop Neil Gordon. Dustin was second chair chaplain until he went missing. Dkult denies responsibility for any lost IOUMA members past present or future

Obsessed as I am with the way language evolves, I love the way people have written "Trashpros" because this art is definitely the work of "pros" with eyes for the found.

And maybe we invented Trashprose too.

apologies Keith! I definitely shouldn't have assume gender base on initials. I Had a clue with your 'his muse' line I suppose. So glad both you and Amy  found the trashpo group. I've been finding so much good trash lately that it's overwhelming. I have to start exporting it. I look forward to exchanging more art with you!

Don't you just love when you find the right piece of a bit of trash! Great that Richard shared his luck with you!
