Beautiful trash book from Katerina Nikoltsou

Front cover and several pages:This beauty is asemic, trashpo, and sandpo (cover), and is a joy to have. Oh, and it's also ZALOPy! It has Katerina's trademark large and graceful asemic markings, along with a combination of lovely and interesting collaged elements, some I believe she handpainted or handprinted. For pages we have mostly paper bags, napkins -- I especially love the brown bag! I must apologize for my scanner, which did not do well with a few colors, especially the yarn wrap-around, which in real life is a gorgeous dark maroon color. The ticket in the last photo is great; I don't understand a word it says, which makes it that much more intriguing. Tickets are a favorite with me.

This is a really wonderful trash book, Katerina, and I love it! Thank you so much for sending it to me -- it has a loving home here!

I leave for two weeks of travel to Paris and London, and will be back on Oct.1. But my address is the same ol' one, as my son will be around to collect my mail, water the plants, have wild parties while Mom's away, etc! Something shoukd be in your mail box from Greece soon( or from Paris)! xx

Well it was hard to find last week, even though I absolutely love your book and expressed a lot in the blog! Mucho blogging lately (a good thing). I'm glad you found it, and thanks for the info on the tickets--I do love tickets and am happy to know what this one is about. Thanks Kat., and are you going to have a new address soon? Because I'm working on something for you. ...

Thank you, Nancy! What great images...'glad you liked it! I hunted this blog up tonight, sorry I never saw it last week. Wow, with so many blogs, things get "buried" fast! The tickets in these trash books are Thessaloniki city bus tickets...once only 50 cents, now already 80 cents ;-(

Also here is the back of Katerina's envelope, which is wearing her great stamps, including a couple that aren't in the book itself. Maybe you could take orders for stamps, Katerina, I would be a good customer! :--)
