Received this great (and humorous!) postcard from Minnesota. There's a return address (hope I'm not being quite dim) but I couldn't figure out who sent it.  Maybe someone can help?

Well Li, you know my policy never to gossip about other mail artists. BUT in the case of RCBz...

he's much admired & exchanges with many here at IOU - MA. That said, he is very opinionated & has an aesthetic that he believes makes him, just maybe, a little better than us folks here. Maybe that's why he's not a member at this time. He is very talented. Beyond that, you have decide. (He is certainly one of these characters you encounter as you advance through the rings of postal Hell.)

I never should have mentioned the Monkey Purge nor will I name my nemesis of that Dark Time.

Just let's say sometimes our ;) HAPPY & harmonious IOU - MA platform is not always Gluey Camelot as it is now... disputes break out. People take sides. You narrowly missed the Fan Club Wars. Such was the Monkey Purge even earlier. RCBz was protesting more than angry. He thought I had crossed some line of civility.

If you've gotten this far Li - just don't - do not EAT anything any of these people send you. That is my only rule of mail art. I pass it to you.

Oh my--was he really angry at you or just joking?!  Please recount the tale of the Monkey Purge when you're in the mood to tell it (I like long stories).

Shortly after I joined the IUOMA in 2010 RCBz thought he should crucify me for the Monkey Purge (long story). So this was my intro to RCBz. That's not me in the pic, but it's supposed to represent me.

Hi Li, it's from an artist who goes by RCBz (the signature is actually on the address side but scribbled).

He was an IUOMA member, but I'm not sure of the current status. As far as I know, he is in St. Cloud Minnesota. He has a friend in Brooklyn who sometimes mails for him.

I don't know why he sent you an Arttower card. Arttower is a German guy active at IUOMA.

RCBz has sent me a lot of stuff.
