A great surprise reached me with the card from Jim. A new kind of work I love the black, white red colouring and the composition. And I found the letter ß. I love this letter, its a little old fashioned like me, so the piece gets a familiar. Thank you very much Jim!…

Svenja Wahl sent me two letters, now I know why I like her work so much and why it is so fascinating. She manages it to put with a few additions or some lines a new tenor to the picture or she puts the picture near the real deeper sense with her words or lines…

Boo Cartledge, one of the Mailart 365 members, is now enjoying that satisfaction. She met the goal of 365 pieces of Mailart - in 365 days! I recently received this lovely card, from her, collaged with cloth, paper & photo. It was so sweet of her to send this to me, as I remember admiring it and telling her so.
I congratulate Boo and all…

She wrote "New creatures for you, Svenja" on the reverse side - so we have to look for the creatures in the painting. Ultra-wonderful-super-work, Nancy, thanks a lot!! …

One of my favorite things about Dewi, another of my Mailart 365 pals, is that Dewi draws REAL people. He also does it very well. It is so refreshing to receive one of his cards. His people are so believeable that I can invision him sitting on a bench, or in a cafe; just observing real life and capturing it with such dignity.
Thank you, my Canadian…

This is one piece of thin-ish metal folded over. The edges were taped so none of them were sharp. I think it's great they let this go through as is. It is a first. I have never received a metal envelope before. Also received another envelope from Richard that I will post another time. On the return address he put U.S.A.D.D. That would explain a lot of things wouldn't…
