Photo Vispo from Jim SantAmour

A really complex piece-it is ony 4" X 3" tall and came as is without an envelope. He writes that is is his own photo of a motel in St. Petersburg. A Book With an Identity Crisis by Cheryl Penn

Reached the limit for photo posting so will put the beginning pages in the comment section sorry it's backwards. I think Nancy Bell Scott's suggestion is a good one to only photograph a select number of pages out of trashbooks to avoid scannitis, but this book from Cheryl needed to be shown in its' entirety as it is the journey of a soul searching book.

Linoleum Block Print from ArtLikeArt

Moontrash from Lisa Iversen

This piece arrived in a beautiful box. She says she found this crushed can tucked inside a tree. I think she must have sanded this down to get the sheen on it that does make it look lunar. "Inspired by Life" card from Holly Cooper

That's what the cool stamp on Holly's card says. This is the fantastic story that went with the piece:

"One night I had a dream in which I made origami birds and flowers. When I awoke I waited a few days thinking the urge would pass. Then I bought paper and started watching origami videos on youtube."

Doesn't get more modern than that. learning an ancient craft…
