21.11.17 Dare Mister Osvaldo Cibils, In recent months I have witnessed posts of your drawings here at the I.U.O.M.A. & I find the your minimal approach to drawing inventive & appealing. I would be most pleased to receive any & all mailings you might chose to send to my ancient overflowing & chaotic archive of mail art. ...& also, how do you respond to the idea of me adding my decorative two cents to some of your drawings(i.e. a type of collaboration)? ? ....of course, I will need a mailing address from you. All best to you . SinCelery, Richard Canard, 409 S. Emerald Lane, Carbondale, Illusion 62901-2140 U. S. A.
