contacts needed for postcard project

this year I started a bigger postcard-project. The goal is to send one postcard with self stamped heart on it to every country of the world. Greetings will be added and I hope to spread a bit joy, happiness that way.
(I will take my time due to high postage). And: yes it's a question of definition what is a country, but I will try to keep it simple.
First I choose adresses of active (mail)artists. The rest will be filled up with researched conctacts from the internet. On IUOMA…
