Literally it means Duck in Chains. But the name is a pun and the Canard Enchaine is a long-time French satirical newspaper. You can read about it at: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Le_Canard_encha%C3%AEn%C3%A9

I'm surprised you hadn't heard about it or received related mail art before this because of your name and your seeming fondness for puns and other word cleverness. I'm glad to be the one who introduces you to it.

Did you not receive the actual piece of Mail Art? I sent it out last week.
