The candle holder on top of his head is a clear clue and the number is the Jewish calendar year.

Have you noticed the signature/caricature? So very clever.

But Otto if you see this, why Khanuka instead of Hanukka?

Shtark is Hebrew for strong man, gezint or gezinte is Dutch for something I forgot and KA NU KA or possible KA NU KA is Japonese ? No idea, but googling it I found some cartoons in YouTube which I cannot understand either. Will continue my studies presently, now I have to take the MailArtMutt out, in the rain…
