He was singing about leaving a note for the milkman in Manchester in the early 1960's. There weren't any ca-males, or ca-mails -- in the UK then.

I'm sure Herman hermit would have liked your envelope too. Nog een Herman.

Comment by Valentine Mark Herman on January 3, 2012 at 10:44am: The cats wake me at 05.30. Then I feed them, phone the White House to check that the world is OK, milk the camels, save the Euro, go for a 20 km run, and am back at my computer by 06.15.

Exhausted!
