MIM birthday wheel

The Birthday wheel that turns. This MAil Art was made by MiM on the 2nd of July, her birthday.
I has a plastic wheel that one can turn to change the position of the dots.
The plastic wheel looks like one of those cases for hearing aid batteries, but I would not like to make that comment in public ... what's that you said? Let's make a deal. No, plastic wheel.
