Melissa: this is a friendly welcome to The Eternal Network from a friendly mail artist living in a friendly country. What seems to be a perfect start here is mail-art exchange. I would like to be the other side on this very beginning with you at IUOMA when you decide is the right time for you to do it.  If that’s the case your envelope should read as follows:

    The Celestial Scribe

    Av. Paraná, 1489 apto. 1004

    Curitiba-PR

    825210-000

    Brazil

I look forward to see your piece on my mailbox.  Yes!, I will do my homework after receiving yours.  That’s a celestial promise.  I´m Patricio,  The Celestial Scribe.

Hi Melissa...hope the New Year is filled with glorious mail art!  Just wondering if you received a little fish in you mail either before the end of the year or maybe around the first. It was small, but the PO said that I could send it without an envelope...Hope he is not still swimming upstream *!*

P.S.  just an idea for your journals, maybe since postage is so expensive, I could send you a couple of "pages" only, in the size you need, and you could attach them to a blank sheet... do you think that would be something you would consider?

    Anyhoo!  Best always...Amy *!*

  • Jean-François Aillet

    Hi, Melissa

The artist Jean-Francois Aillet invites you to collect your sample of sand from a moraine, from next to a waterfall or beside a river, along the shore of a lake or a stream, in a desert or on the border of an ocean. One should not, however, send him sand from a construction site. You are asked to document your collection of the material with a photo, taken as you are pouring the sand into a container. For an example, kindly visit his home page at www.aillet.com . English : http://www.aillet.com/traductions/anglais.htm

See you to take part in this international project.
