Hello there Ash!  ( Jenny :)  Ha ha, whenever I see your name over at flicker, I just think of you as " Ash ". That is how I remember you. Awesome to see you here!

Jenny, this is the last but certainly not the least welcome message to IUOMA you receive. I’m a celestial mail artist living in a heavenly corner of the faraway universe called Republik van Patland. When you joined IUOMA on May 5 I was unable to say welcome to you.  At the time I was in a celestial trip far beyond the Milky Way. Now, back to planet Earth I´d love to be the other end when you decide it’s the right time to start trading snail mail art. If this is the case at the time your envelope should read as follows:

What does "you certainly have my number, even down to the tiny ballerina" mean?  Languages have some unwritten meanings that are not available to a foreigners.

Everything I see, I dream or I get involved with, I put into mail art.  "your number" and the ballerina are contained in it.  Happy to hear that I have your number.  Let´s keep the trade walking, the ball is in your court now.

Immortalize your Mail Art in A European cultural capital project
We are inviiting mail art artists to send us a Christmas greeting card by the end of September 2013.  Our jury will make a selection of the best cards we receive and we will publish 10 cards in our Catalogue-Perpetual calendar.

-Projected publication date of 1000 catalogue perpetual-calendars is November 2013
-Artists must give us permission to publish  their cards in our catalogue
-Artists must be the owners of their mail art and state this in their email
- An email must be sent the trdg@theredoorgallery.org  stating that they agree to the above
rules
- No cards will be sent back to artists
- A thank you note with their name will be posted on our facebook page with the photo of their card
