All videos will be admitted, shortfilms, photography, documentaries, animations that do not exceed 8 minutes of length and they must be delivered on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation.
MULTIMEDIA EXPRESSION:
They will be admitted on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation including the credits, the photography, the list of the soundtrack that was used and the name of the author.
AUDIO FORMAT:
the audio format admitted has to be:
Wave 44,100 Hz 16 bit stereo
Mp3 from 96 'til 320 KPSS
If the expression is audible, high fidelity required.

A tribute for the city of Portogruaro through a project involving art through mail. The keywords chosen as the theme are the motif of its foundation, joined in a common flow.
Limit
border between earth and water,
the river harbor and the trade routes,
the channels and the gardens of the palaces,
a constant reference to a change in system, material and colour.
Exchange
not only of goods but also of colours and scents,
artistic and architectural influences,
mutual knowledge, therefore culture.
Sign
a condition of consent expressed in gesture, the conclusion of an agreement,
a trace superimposed on many others:
whose meaning is beyond the sum of the parts.

btw, did I ever tell you how much I've enjoyed reading Networked Art. I have a copy in front of me now...and using it in my current book. When you spoke of Bern Porter's contribution to Material Metamorphosis...it wasn't webbed underwear, but a white bed sheet. Instead, the webbed underwear belonged to Ray Johnson and is the perfect mesh-work symbolizing Ray's eventual metamorphosis in 1995...into the a void dance of mail art world wide webbed by me with the birth of EMMA, The Electronic Museum of Mail Art.
Again, it would mean so much to me if we could reconnect again.
