    I think one of your exhibitions is mail art but the other is not - it says there will be judging to see which cards are included and that's outside the parameters of mail art.  I'm sure there are plenty of artists who might want to participate anyway but I can't post it on my mail art calls page.  I will post the other one though. :D

    Carlos Botana y "Milpedras", taller de litografía, convocan a 
    todos los artistas postales y poetas visuales a participar en el proyecto: 

    MAILART 
    O EL ARTE DE LO INVISIBLE 

    En este evento, que tendrá lugar en el propio taller "Milpedras", se hablará de arte postal y poesía visual, se recitará poesía experimental y se realizará un acto de performance. También se celebrará un taller de arte postal. 

    Todos los trabajos que se reciban serán expuestos en el taller "Milpedras" los días que duren los actos.
