Why I am involved in Mail-Art:
I started around age 11. I loved getting mail, which was rare.

I used powdered gold or silver poured over wet fountain pen ink to write addresses, then gently blowing away the rest & holding the envelope over a light bulb to dry. The metallic writing set up dry, embossed.

I have correspondents all over the USA, Europe, and a few in the Philippines and China. Mostly friends or other artists—mostly both.

I have a very large collection, to say the least.

    VISUAL POETRY:

    Collage, visual poems, process poetry, illustrated poetry, labyrinth poems, phonetic poems, audible poems, semiotic, palindrome, holopoems, concrete poetry, video action, photo action, object poem, pseudovisual poetry, braille poetry.

    VIDEO, SHORTFILM, DOCUMENTARY, ANIMATION:

    All videos will be admitted, shortfilms, photography, documentaries, animations that do not exceed 8 minutes of length and they must be delivered on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation.

    MULTIMEDIA EXPRESSION:

    They will be admitted on CD or DVD format ready for its presentation including the credits, the photography, the list of the soundtrack that was used and the name of the author.

    AUDIO FORMAT:

    the audio format admitted has to be:
    Wave 44,100 Hz 16 bit stereo
    Mp3 from 96 'til 320 KPSS
    If the expression is audible, high fidelity required.

    signés, pour faire une série de volumes, chacun avec plusieurs artistes.
    Chaque volume contiendra un minimum de 14 travaux, un par artiste.
    Modifiez chaque copie pour qu'elles deviennent des originelles uniques.
    N'importe quelle technique: dessins, peintures, photos, collages...
