I picked up my mail art at the post office yesterday, on February 21, 2023. One of the items was from France and it was postmarked December 22, 2022! Usually, mail from France takes about eight or ten days to reach me at the western edge of the U.S.A.

I also received mail from Katerina (MomKat). The envelope was not postmarked but the sweet little booklet inside was titled "Winter to Spring ...."

Here's the cover.

This booklet was made from two of Ryosuke Cohen's Brain Cell envelopes. In addition to the art on each page, the edges of the envelopes were cut open and there were artist stamps and other goodies tucked inside. More fun!

There are signs of spring around here although snow is forecast for the nearby mountains, with a storm arriving tonight.

Thanks, Katerina!

Yay, good to see the cards finally arrived!

'Must be patient, since Covid the mail delivery is snail pace :-)

Making and sending mail art "months" in advance:

I hope they arrive "within the season" ???

I know what you mean about delayed mail, Katerina. I also received mail art from France with a postmark of December 27, 2022. Mail from France to the United States usually is a lot faster than that!

I picked up my mail art at the post office yesterday (on February 15th) and there were some seasonal greetings from Katerina (MomKat), two lovely cards!
