I'm not sure if this link will work for everyone. It's posted by the Smithsonian Archives of American Art on Facebook. They posted a copy of a letter/collage by Ray Johnson to Richard C instructing Richard C to send the collage to Lucy Lippard. Dated 1969.

Here are the latest bits of Mail Art Richard has sent me!

Note the use of a paint sample card--it came through the mail beautifully!I got this the same day I was called for Jury Duty!The Postal Service made serious edits to this poem. I'd say they didn't care for the use of the verb "stop." Critics everywhere.

A more philosophical poem, one might almost say, existential.
